about me
I am a full time stay at home mom of 2 very active girls. About a year and a half ago I saw a picture of myself and just couldn’t believe it. I was almost 200 lbs and felt horrible about myself. I tried several different things and finally just tried to eat better. It took a while for it show for everyone including myself. When my clothes started to get baggy about 6 months in I started to realize I was feeling better. It took a long time and hard work to get to where I am now but so worth it. I did start to working out about 9 months ago. At the start I could only do 15 minutes 2 days a week . I am down to 139 and a size 6. I know it is hard but everyone can do it. As busy as I was and am I always make an effort to watch what I eat and workout 5 days a week for 1 hr. Everyone starts somewhere.
